Ordering and Contract Conclusion

By placing an order on our webshop, you are making an offer to purchase a product under these Terms. The contract is considered concluded once we confirm your order by email.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), Cash on delivery.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

 

Delivery

We deliver using DPD (or another designated courier). Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after order confirmation (Croatia).

For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on destination.

 

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if:

  • the product has not been worn, washed, or used

  • all original tags and hygienic protection liners are intact

  • the item is returned in its original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.

Exchanges for another size are possible within 7 days, if the item is unworn and available in stock. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

Complaints and Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email, and include photos of the issue. If the complaint is valid, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
